INTRODUCTION TO THE TREATMENT

Pursuant to current legislation and the provisions of art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter the "" GDPR "), we are provide the following information relating to the methods of treatment (the "Treatment") of your personal data (the "Personal Data") in relation to navigation on this website.
The website contains the description of the services offered, the activities carried out, the projects and any events organized by Bjosora Srl.

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
(i) Navigation data

The computer systems and computer programs used to operate the site collect some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (eg IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI - Uniform Resource Identifier - addresses of the requested resources, time of the request, method used in submitting the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numerical code about the status of the response made by the server - successful, error, etc. - and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment). Although this is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, by their nature they could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information not associated with any identification data of the user (the "User") on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.
The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

No provision of Personal Data by the User is required for the consultation of the website.
However, the collection of Personal Data will be carried out in the event of:

    • request for consultancy at the operational headquarters of the company;
    • request for a job interview at the company's headquarters .

The compilation and sending of the above form involves the acquisition of the following Personal Data:  
    • name;
    • surname;
    • e-mail address;

    • Linkedin profile address (in case of request for a job interview);

METHOD OF TREATMENT
The Personal Data will be processed by the staff appointed by the Data Controller with procedures, technical and IT tools suitable for protecting the confidentiality and security of the Personal Data. and will consist in their collection, registration, organization, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation, destruction of the same including the combination of two or more of the aforementioned activities.
As part of its activity and for the purposes indicated above, the Data Controller may use services rendered by third parties who provide processing or instrumental services (eg IT services for the functioning of the website) and who operate on behalf of and on instruction of Bjosora Srl as Data Processors (the "Data Processors"). The User can request a complete and updated list of the Data Processors by contacting one of the contacts indicated in the following section.
Personal Data are kept for the time strictly necessary to provide the user with the requested service and are deleted immediately afterwards, without prejudice to further conservation obligations required by law.
Personal Data may be transferred within the European Union, only if the Data Controller or Data Processors are based or have their servers in another Member State. However, Personal Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
The User will have the right, at any time, to exercise the rights provided for by current legislation, including the right to:
    • receive confirmation of the existence of your Personal Data and access their content;
